Super easy to reserve and pay for the unit online! Then, showed up and opened the gate with an app - didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even have to get out of the car. Unit was easy to find and lock and paperwork were left right inside the unit for us. Easiest storage unit process Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever had.

I KNOW THEY HAVE ALOT OF DIFFERENT SIZE STORAGE UNITS MY BOYFRIEND WAS SATISFIED WITH THE LARGE SIZE UNIT BUT WITH THE HALF OFF SPECIAL WE JUST THINK IT WAS ALITTLE EXPENSIVE BUT IT WAS CLEAN ALREADY & EVERY TIME WE HAD BAD RAIN WE WOULD GO CHECK ON HIS BELONGINGS & WE WERE HAPPY THAT NONE OF HIS ITEMS WERE WET

I had to get this unit during the Covid-19 pandemic and the safety measures and considerations were great. The employee who checked me in was professional and warm. The unit is clean and dry. The location is easily accessible from the DC area where I live. I would certainly recommend this site to anyone in need of storage solutions.

Kelly was great helped me get all my stuff in promptly and timely. She made sure the unit was dust free and serviced me to the best of her abilities. Also when ever I return she always greets me with a smile and asking what can I do to assist. As I approach my last days I am truly thank for to have Kelly remind me my storm won't be long and sure enough it's over! Thank you for making me feel like family.

No regard for renter's property. The concrete floors were upgraded by grinding and resurfacing. The unit was not protected so the water and dust from the process seeped underneath and collected on EVERYTHING inside the unit and totally destroyed a box containing special wall pictures and portraits. Thank goodness they were wrapped in bubble wrap inside that box and protected from the dust and water! No notice was given of impending work nor once it was complete... Nothing! Buildings are old and you can see where trash is simply thrown over the fence surrounding the property. #Neveragain! Since my post, management has reached out to discuss issues and was very apologetic for the problem. It was suggested I file an insurance claim (since the unit was insured) but portraits and pictures are an "exception" and are not covered. I'll do more research next time! Thank you PS for the resolution.

Customer Service was awesome, very friendly, and professional. Monica gave me all the information I needed and more. Only reason I rated a 4 is because I had to pay for insurance that was "required", but it didn't state that online, and if it had not been for me having some money to move over from my saving, I would have had to leave. Insurance should be up to the consumer, but other than that, everything else was PERFECT!

The Manager that I had was Monica and she is Fabulous! She is extremely professional and walked me through every step. The location that I chose is in Prince Georges County off of Barnabas Road. I recommend to any one who finds themselves in an unexpected situation in life to use that facility and take one less stressful situation off of your plate... You are in wonderful hands!

Customer service was outstanding but I just wish that I could had receive a refund a day later I found out I didn't need the storage.

The customer service representative was very professional and helpful, she informed me of all specials and units. She called after i purchased my unit to make sure i had the right size unit for my two bedroom apartment.

Public Storage has alot of great locations but some of the prices are expensive. Great Customer Service

I work in retail and top customer service is something I always deliver and I appreciated the fact that Anthony delivered the same thing. People always tell bad but never tell good. Anthony was great and made it easy, public storage I would recommend.
