The unit needed to be a little cleaned, and the paperwork took awhile because her printer was not working from her computer and I had to use my cell phone to sign the paperwork, but there was bad reception in the office and we had to keep moving near the door each time we went to another paper. But the representative was very professional and patient. She even said that she would have my unit cleaned up by the end of the day; because I plan to put my belongings in there on Monday.

The facility is a little run down but the staff seem to work really hard to keep everything in order. I am really impressed with the professional and helpful staff members. I had a billing issue that was resolved to my satisfaction. What the facility lacks in upgrades it makes up for in customer service.
