Josh was very friendly and willing to help me program my combination lock. I also saw him doing the rounds, which is great because he made me feel very safe while I was getting ready to put my belongings in the storage unit.

It was incredibly easy to reserve my unit. The paperwork was simple and digital. The part that truly was above and beyond was the care. There was no upselling just the question "what can I do for you?" It was like calling an old friend for help.
