I would recommend this facility the people in the office are very helpful and knowledgeable and works with you very respectful and walks you thru the process and answers your questions in a reasonable time love the keyless entry is a plus for me.

Storage unit was very clean and the facility is very nice, and they provided a lock so I didn't have to go our and purchase one.

The bay doors dont open on the exit side which makes it hard for people to get in and out is my only negative issue. The customer service is good and the facility is clean.

The facility was nice and clean but one thing that Corporate needs to take care of is the door gate which makes it have getting in to unload and the elevator. When I moved in there were 5 others moving in and one elevator was not working. Asked the Manager Vanessa and she informed me that every time they would come out to fix it, it would stop working.

The wait was lengthy and the reservation process cumbersome but the space was amazing and the people friendly that it almost made up for all that!
