Older facilities..door difficult to lift. Security gate is not functional.

It was disappointing that there was no attendant at the facility. All business has to be done by phone. When I paid for my first month's rent, I told them they could keep the number for future payments, which was affirmed by the person on the phone, but it was not kept and they payment was late. Also, I requested the monthly insurance, but that was not added as well. Communication does not seem to be a strong point.
