Renting a spot for camper got there and no spots open old rusted junk campers in all spots for rv called ko storage they say supposed to be empty spots call manager he says I can leave on pad outside facility figure why not gates been broken for months go to check on camper very obvious maintenance man or manager mowed in front of camper where there are piles of rock and boom fist sized dent in front of camper called ko they say not responsible call your personal insurance agent after that call moved camper immediately and yes I do have pics of everything worst experience renting storage no accountability stay far away from this place you think your renting safe space but no gates always open and ko storage does not monitor place 0 stars

There are no cameras covering my parking spot. Yes the driveway in is fully covered . But someone could easily hop the fence and destroy my RV and no one would ever see what happened.

I am a new customer and my payment has been on time. My lock was cut and replaced with KO lock and red tag - Iテ「竄ャ邃「ve contacted several people via email and phone to where I am assured I will have a manager contact me immediately AND that someone will be at facility to fix this issue if me not having access to my paid storage (which is illegal) and not one email or phone call back in regards. I am not impressed . Here is my most recent email (going on 2 weeks of no access!!!!) Hello, This is another email as well as Iテ「竄ャ邃「m currently on hold with a stars member. Giving every email and no follow up call to reach out on me being locked out and my new lock cut off my unit- I would like be refunded for my unit and fingering credit for this - this is not the way to conduct business. When getting my first months payment and set up- your business was very prompt now that I feel there has been a mishap I have no one that has helped me- as I tills staff worker last Friday I have CC work supplies and Christmas items, I had items there for my new grandbaby thatテ「竄ャ邃「s arrived and I repurchase a pack and play because I did not have mine available. I have funeral to attend and will be leaving state tomorrow- without having access to Items.

Gate passcode did not work. Called customer service and they did try to troubleshoot but ended up giving me the “master code” to get in and told me that the maintenance man would be calling to set up a personal code (7 days ago, no call yet). Unit itself was clean but the slide lock used to open and secure unit is EXTREMELY rusted and is very difficult to open and close. First bill received was incorrect and had to call customer service to correct. At least the customer service agents are friendly and helpful.
