Janelle was SP helpful in assisting me to move into a smaller unit which was advertised for $75 less than the one I was in. Prices do fluctuate, but I needed to downsize and save some money. Everything was done over the phone and I could sign the documents on my phone. Sending her a photo of the clean unit finalized my day. Thank you Janelle.
