Marsha at the Portland Maine facility was terrific! Helpful, personable and knowledgeable. She made the registration quick and painless. Her knowledge of the options gave me confidence in choosing self storage.

I went over to ExtraSpace storage on Riverside Street in Portland spoke to Marsha. She was very sweet. Told me about spare foot website. I then reserved it right then and there in front of her moved in yesterday. I highly recommend barefoot and ExtraSpace storage and to deal with Marsha

It was easy to unload and get everything to my unit. The facility is so clean and new! Would recommend!

Was told I would be paying $60 a month for the unit which is a 5x5 unit which I have been charged $110 for for the last 2 months without any notice as to a price increase on the unit

Our world has a storage problem, but Extra Space makes the problem less of a hassle with longer open hours than many facilities, clean and professional, well lit facilities, convenient locations and wonderful staff. Old storage unit overpriced, not convenient to get to and quite frankly a scary place for a single person to spend any amount of time in while managing the contents of one's unit. This unit is much more conveniently located, much better lit, doesn't feel so threatening to be in (although one must always remain vigilant at any given time in life) and provides ample hours to access the units. So far, so good!
