Entry and initial access to the unit was confusing: it initially appeared to me that the access code I was given was to open my unit, when it eventually became clear after arriving at the site that it was to enter the building itself. Because of the design of the building, it was very confusing to have to enter the building *and then* find the office, and further explanation of this issue would have been helpful. However, once I had found the site's manager and got access to my unit, everything else went smoothly and uneventfully.
