Very easy to do an online rental and sign your rental lease. I was a bit nervous because I was renting storage through Sparefoot and they appeared to be a third party site but when I talked to someone directly at Prime Storage they confirmed my rate plus my 2 free months, no problems. Check in was easy at Prime and the space was good. I did leave 4 stars for cleanliness because it had some sand on the floor and the on site person offered to sweep it out but I declined. Very easy people to deal with. I would recommend them!

So far, so good! I had called 4 places in the area and left messages.......still waiting on them to return the calls. Prime called within the hour and we're so very pleasant and helpful. I went over checked it out and was sold! Excellent customer service and very friendly and courteous! Unit was very clean and well maintained!

Location manager was friendly and helpful. The process was easy and quick. Helpful that they offer first month free. There is an admin charge and insurance required. Bring your own lock unless you want to buy one there. The only drawback was that I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get a choice of units. I ended up very close to the gate so I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t drive right up. So far Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m satisfied.

I have 4 Lockers @ the former Gorham Storage which was very wellrun, but I am in the process of getting out of as many, hopefully all, of these units because of how horribly the Prime Storage Group is to deal with. I would gladly drive further to use an independent Storage Facility, than ever use a Prime Storage Facility!

We have had some issues with dust probably as a result of the earth removal operation nearby. Otherwise it is a decent facility. Snow removal is pretty good but the last foot or two next to the building isn't plowed so you need to shovel to move stuff in and out. The light is nice.

Staff at the Gorham site are absolutely great . I would never recommend this facility to ANYONE since business was purchased by prime. Rates increase too often by too much. The contents in both of my 2 expensive units are entirely covered with sand/grit from an outside source. Prime requires too much personal information and insurance (it is a sad state of affairs if the the monthly fees canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t provide assurance of safety of contents)

Storage is fine and facility is nothing special. Snow was plowed up against my units door and this resulted in me being unable to enter my unit. Forced to drive home to get a metal shovel to break up the frozen snow bank. Paying this price seems high for these types of inconveniences. Will switch to an indoor unit or different facility elsewhere in the spring.

Prime is a large corporation. Once you realize and accept that, you might understand why they are the way they are. I'm forced to purchase insurance through them which is another cost that keeps increasing every year or even more often throughout the year along with the unit rental cost. Of course, you can provide them a copy of your home/renter insurance policy instead. Yeah right. Why can't I make a declaration of alternate insurance or waive my right to protection. There is nothing in my unit that can or will be covered by any insurance. There is no value past sentimental or nostalgia in my unit. I could go on and on about this place but I need the space.

The whole experience of signing up for the storage unit was an absolute breeze. The staff was so friendly and professional. Jack was so nice, and he also has great taste in music! He even showed me in the gate and walked me to the unit, too!

My husband is leaving for the military so we needed some extra space. They gave me a great discount and had a special deal going on. The place is very clean and they let me look at all the different sizes before purchasing one. Every time I've been here they are cleaning or grooming the property. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I have only just recently moved my belongings into my rental unit. I chose the facility because it's a good safe location and feel my belongs will be secure there. Also, I shopped around and found the pricing to be very competitive. When my unit was unlocked we saw a few things from the storage company stored in it but they were quickly removed and the unit was swept clean in a matter of minutes. The person on duty was extremely courteous and helpful.
