This was a quick easy process no complaints, I just wish my unit came with a light like I know most do.

They reached out to me over a misunderstanding and help me get the storage unit in my name when they could have just threw my stuff away. Instead, he went the extra mile to reach out. Find my name and number and let me have a chance to switch it to my name because I wasn't aware that it had to be and gave me a new lack for free for the misunderstanding
