The only issue is that we were told there would be a padlock and a welcome packet within the unit and there was nothing! Other than that, everything was good!

The Ladies at both Spare foot and Boxer Storage were awesome. I needed at storage unit yesterday and this was a Saturday, they got me one close by me and within minutes I was moving in. Couldn't have asked for better customer service from both Ladies, Thank You

I have been homeless while searching for an apartment(sleeping at my sisters & boyfriends so not totally homeless) so this has been a great comfort to me as I know my belongings are safe during this period. Theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been so amazing!

We purchased an outdoor storage area. She gave us a number that was already in use. Then when we backed up to the other spot that she said we could use, we got our 24ft trailer and our truck stuck on a snow bank that was in the middle of the parking lot. We couldn't see the snow bank because it was snowing, but as we got out to see what could be done, the actual cement was VERY icy and we slipped more than once. When we called back to the office to see if they could do anything to help, she said she'd call the owner. She did that, called us back and the owner said that we'd have to call a tow truck because there was nothing they could do. I understand insurance and liabilities, but it's not the customers fault that you don't know how to maintain a parking lot in the winter!
