Public Storage - Ann Arbor - 2500 S Industrial Hwy

The price is very good. I moved from another storage company in Ypsilanti. They raise their price up twice in 3 months. They wanted me to start paying $171 per month for a 5 x 10 unit. I said it time to go.

Easy to use. Friendly staff( kiosk). Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s our first time to use a storage place but was fine after following instruction on how to go about it. Safe place.

A number of sizes of units. Access via secure gate. Well lit and clean.

Super nice staff, explained everything. Can pay online which is a plus for me. Lots of supplies. Clean space. Let me view the unit before hand to make sure size would work for me.

Great place, friendly and easy access

The staff was helpful in making sure I had the right size unit for the amount and type of stuff that I would be storing. I purchased a $20 lock in which one of the keys broke off into it after their business hours, but she still helped me get it out and told me to come back the next day so that she could replace it.

I feel the security could be a little better with camera around the property instead of just one on the main building. I feel James the rental agent didn't see to willing to help or show me around. Just threw me the keys and said have at it and showed me a map. There was no golf cart to show me around on like other places I visited. And he was doing some shiny things during our transaction that didn't make us feel right. But wasnt in the mood to argue. The light in my unit does not work. Don't know if it was the bulb. Or wring. It was to high for me to check the bulb and it was late. It also was the first place I've been to that makes you take their insurance manditory when I have my own coverage already.....
