Still new, need time to experience, but overall decent. Could use some garbage bins placed strategically throughout the complex to toss items out like trash and old boxes, etc. I was left with no place to toss my garbage. But other than that so far not a bad experience so far. The paperwork was basic which I did like.

Thank you to Leah for listening to my concerns about difficulty opening my unit's door. When I came in to pick up my key after the repair was done, she walked me down to the unit to make sure I was satisfied. The repair person did a great job. The door now opens easily.

I arrived a few minutes before the office opened trying to beat the rain. The staffer saw me sitting outside and opened early for me! Paperwork was quick, she clearly explained all fees and the unit was clean and as-advertized. Would highly recommend this facility!
