I had a little trouble finding my parking space and had to call in for help to locate it. The space number I was given was OS078C.It was not explained to me that on the signs the lot number for my car was just the 78C part, so it was a little confusing at first to realize what I was looking for, but no big deal. The customer service lady was very patient and helpful while I finally located it. A map online showing the layout and the lot numbers would have been helpful. When I walked back to the warm office to wait for my Lyft driver, I noticed there was a map on the wall but having it online would have been helpful. It looks like a very secure place with tall, barbed wire topped fencing.

I reserved a 10x10 with a 50 % off for 2 months deal... and when I went to check in the unit was sold. It made me upgrade to a bigger unit and didn't apply my monthly discount to the new reservation.

Nice so far. Easy access in. Yesterday 6/5/2024 during storm me and another person was locked inside gate. Luckily a person came to come inside so we rushed out. Called about this.

Easy, self-service storage facility. Iniated with a call, then signed up online, paid online, received my unit number & entrance code via text. Unit was empty, some spiders & webs, needed a good sweeping and open/close lever needs oil. Great price! Overall Very happy.!

Needed storage place for my RV and this facility is close from my home... Facility is clean and appears to be very well maintained... Online application was seamless ... Able to auto-pay with credit card which is also seamless ... Have no complaints!!! 5 stars!!!

Great location, facility, clean, open quiet area, and safe area. The location does lack customer service but that is how this company is setup. I also am not fond of having to pay rent via check; Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m hoping I can pay electronically.

We needed a convenient place to store my dad's things when he went into a nursing home. The location was close and the price was way cheaper than the place down the street. This is a great alternative so we can go through everything at our own pace.

the door could use some lubrication. very difficult to open and close. otherwise very happy.

This facility is completely self serve, which is amazing but very easy to use.

The facility is clean and well lit. I would like to see more cameras. Getting a copy of the contract terms prior to executing the lease is virtually impossible. FYI - Landlord accepts virtually no liability for any damage, so make sure your rental insurance is in place.

While I appreciate the attempt to be sure I’m satisfied with my experience, in the absence of an on-site caretaker, the number of follow up calls and emails I’ve received after “checking in” is too much.

When I arrived at the storage facility, the gate was sticking up in the air and no one was there for security. This disappointed me when I found out they knew about it and no one was there to guard this gate. Should I keep my things there?

Once I realized what the automatic setup was, it was very easy to use and the lock that you could buy for only $15 was a great help. Very happy to find something so useful close by.

No one was able to help me over the phone, the on-site kiosk was broken, and the reservation email did not have a link to pay online, or any information about the gate code. It took me hours of calling and searching to find the website to pay the monthly fee, and only then did it give me the gate code. After finding my spot and moving in, I discovered that the online profile I created does not contain the gate code either. If I hadn't taken a screenshot of it after paying online, I would still be locked out. Why would you try to operate a business with only one on-site kiosk that doesn't work, and not put the payment link in the registration email. And why doesn't my online profile contain critical information like the gate code for the facility I am using? This is extremely basic. Finally, why does the online kiosk try to take a photo of my face? This is invasive and unnecessary. You can't store the gate code online but you can store my photo? Get it together.

The facility is acceptable. Location convenient. No representatives on site. Everything had to be done via telephone. A little bit stressful, but it worked out. Not sure how departure will go.

I was very impressed with the friendly helpful customer service at Spare Box Storage in Saline, Michigan. Everyone was nice and the arrangements made it possible to reserve and get started without contact in the time of Covid.

No issues, moved right in. Clean place.
