It was a sad time for our family, loosing our brother. I was able to secure a unit with no problems. Unfortunately, I had to leave town on other family matters and my other brother was supposed to notify Sparebox that we were no longer in need of the space, he did not, so I received several notices. I am still trying to reach them to find out what is going on. Otherwise, the unit was clean, the area was easy to get around in and there were no problems with the staff.

Entire experience has been AWFUL!! 1/2 the time the gate the gate has been open. Somehow mice were in my unit!! I reported I to Sparebox & got no assistance! I set traps, killed 4. Thought I got them all until I got into my storage unit in April & discovered they had chewed up the seat on my over $3,000 John Deere Zero turn that was barely a year old!! The price has been raised at least THREE times already in the year & a half I have had my unit! I don't understand why they keep raising it!! I am looking for a cheaper unit elsewhere! I think I found one which is actually 24 hours access!!
