I reserved my 10x10 drive up unit. I was unaware that it would have a door that was a hallway and lead into a 10x10 unit, making it a little more difficult to maneuver things in and out. The floor to the hallway was covered in leaves and spider webs hung throughout the hall. The storage itself has some unclean areas that I will need to sweep up. Overall, value is good, just wish I had known about the hallway and wish the unit was cleaner so that I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to do that myself.

Okay figuring the right size was a challenge, and the pricing was on the high side.

It was a little bit of a struggle, trying to determine the right size and I think the pricing is on the higher side. The excess code number didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work for me a couple of times, but on the third time it worked. Other than that, it is a nice spot.

The automated system isn't working properly the main gate continues to stay open after 2 weeks it seems like there should be a guard or someone on duty there or something to make sure it is a gated community as at this time it is not Other than that things went pretty well

That storage place is not kept up as well as it use to be with the prior owners. There is no one on site to talk to or ask questions to. I loved the customer service and the supplies that you could buy with the prior owners. I just feel that the site and storage units are not kept up like they use to be, I do not feel safe when I am there by myself nor do I feel as confident that my belongings are safe. I also don't feel like the customer service provides you with all the information and knowledge that I got before Nor do they really explain things very well. I feel like I am just another customer. There just isn't that one on one family type of atmosphere there anymore. Not a horrible place, but it's just not how it use to be. I was very shocked and disappointed in how the place has gone down hill. I probably won't use this place again. I like to be in a place where people really care about their business and where you are treated like family and are always there when you need something or have a question. Not just a storage shed customer of one of the many storage unit sites that are owned by buy the owners.
