It was very convenient and easy to get the arrangement set up for storage of our motorhome. Once we arrived. We were very happy with the accommodations as far as entrance getting to our spot and being able to set up on a level a lot would recommend this place for any RV storage

Everything is fabulous and very clean

Like the month-to-month flexibility and so far very secure.

The door is hard to open and sticks otherwise very clean and was readily available. Appreciate the customer service as fast and friendly.

Purchased a circular lock out of your vending machine which promptly jammed when I tried to set it, I had to go to ACE Hardware to buy a real lock. There is nobody in the office to tke a complaint to.

I am using it for stuff my wife doesn't want around. I like the clean and safe place

Sparebox storage works very well for me. I need storage on short term notice for short duration a couple of times each year and this works great.

I enjoy the proximity of my storage to where I live and the pricing is good. I'm just not sure how monthly payments work or who to talk to about any questions I may have. Apart from the fact that I have a $10 lock on my locker, the gate was open the whole day I was there. No need to input a code.

Extremely easy to rent a unit online. Short code makes it easy to remember. The cool gate lifting up. My only downfall is the door ate my lock when it went up. First month was free. Highly recommend.

Spare Box is a little more flexible than other Storage unit companies I have used in the past.

Excellent location and value for storage. Would be "5's" across the board but there has been a huge pothole near the keypad that has not been filled during the 4 months of rental and one of our two storage units does not have a handle like other ones near ours.

I want to first say this is my first experience renting a storage unit. I rented a 10 X 20 indoor storage unit over the phone that was easy and totally stress free. I was approved and all documentation was emailed to me. The storage property is secure, clean and well lighted. I like there is flexibility in the length of time for the rental because I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know how long I am going to need it. Hope this helps anyone who is looking storage and has never rented.

One of the worker were very helpful helping me get everything done that was needed to rent the space. He also help me find the right spot and helped me park my camper. I was not feeling well that day so all was much appreciated. Only thing would change is that it would be better if there was a live person at the front desk to help when you arrive, bigger parking spots to park your RV when filling out paperwork. The area where you fill out the paperwork was extremely hot inside the building.

They have many units available. Outside and various size enclosed units. The new owners have made many needed improvements.

Although I still have a unit at this SpareBox Storage in Brighton, MI, I just want to say that the moment I moved into this specific unit to the day I moved out, I felt that my possessions were safe, the accessibility to the unit was never in question and the best of all, the customer service was second to none.

I like how close you are located and that you had availability.

Lots of uncovered parking, however it is all dirt and some of the longer parking spots are between a fence and row of storage units so it is difficult parking 30ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ trailer in 30ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ spot.

Moving in was very easy. The price is very good for a pretty good sized unit. Great for storing all the stuff I have because my new place of residence has no storage room. They also have a lock vending machine in the office to purchase a lock. The unit was also very clean when I moved in as well. Would definitely recommend.
