There are multiple lights out at facility near my unit making it hard to see upon access. Received numerous conflicting and confusing texts/email messages prior to start of rental and if you try to confirm before your scheduled reservation date to just get it done, you will wind up already starting your reservation. Someone should include the difference between “Sparebox” and “SpareFoot” messages as you start thinking it is all a scam. When I called, I was able to get assistance and the vestibule area was very clean and had a vending machine for padlocks, which I appreciated.

The lot spaces are very tight, and all look to be the same size despite being advertised as different sizes.

I moved in early last week, and still have not yet received the correct lease. I have requested the correct lease 3 times. The agents on the phone have been very helpful. However their email customer service is lacking. I was told the facility would have a map,but it did not. The unit I was originally assigned the door would not open. I had to call customer service..I got a great rep who quickly helped me, and assigned me to another unit.

Everything went very smoothly and after a long day of packing it was good to have everything go smoothly. The only problem Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m going to address is the lock on the unit is terrible. The only way to get the lock to work is to slam the door down, hold it with hand and put pressure on the door while trying to move the latch so the lock can be installed and because Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m older and have a lot of arthritis in my hands. It makes it so difficult for me to do. I have to bring my grandson with me whenever I wanna get in and out of the unit. This is not a good thing.

I needed a place to store my furniture and I did some online searching. I selected this site because of the reviews and did not make a wrong choice. I needed a large storage, I called, was able to confirm my reservation, made my payment, got codes to move in and completed in a couple hours. All online and a quick phone call. Exactly what the doctor ordered.

We rent an outdoor parking space and just moved in. Everything was going very smoothly, but we were a little lost finding the right unit. A map or signs would make it easier. Besides that everything was great!
