Every business will occasionally have maintenance issues or unexpected problems—that's just part of doing business. What truly sets a company apart is how those situations are handled, and Savannah handled mine with exceptional professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. From the very beginning, she listened, communicated clearly, followed through on everything she promised, and made sure the issue was resolved. She treated me with genuine respect and made me feel like my concerns truly mattered. That level of customer service has become rare, and it deserves to be recognized. Savannah is an outstanding property manager and a tremendous asset to this company. In fact, I believe the company should have her train other property managers and customer service representatives. She sets the standard for how customers should be treated—with patience, professionalism, accountability, and kindness. I was surprised to find out that the storage unit is 4x10 not 5x10. Will their be a discount for this? Their should be.
