I reserved my unit online via a very simple sign-up process. On the day of my move, I pulled right up to the gate, entered the code provided through text and drove directly to my available unit. The move couldn't have been easier.

I had search2 many other self storage places and I picked this one mainly because the prices more lower than most of the other ones that I had seen, plus it's an inside secured building with three levels of security plus you get more for the price! The staff was very friendly and helpful and assisting me to pick out the perfect storage size that I would need for what I needed to store. Yes, I would definitely recommend this place because the prices are very reasonable and lower and than a lot of others that I looked at especially being an inside and climate control storage area. You can't beat the price... hands down!

We had a issue with a lock and a unit and Michelle quickly got someone down here to correct it. Danielle helped us with all the paperwork and a new lock. Process was super easy and quick. They explained everything to us on how our things would be stored safely.

I have rented a storage unit at this facility for about a year now. I was at first very nervous about using a storage facility to begin with as this was my first time. I found the manager, Chris, to be very professional in the manner of easing my concerns. Access in and out of the facility, condition of the unit itself, and most of all, the insurance. She eased my concerns and worries to the fullest allowing me to have a very good feeling about using the facility. Now, almost a year later, she has continued to be pleasant and helpful in every way. Now I know her professionalism and working with the public, is the reason why I was so satisfied with my decision. I highly recommend this location to anyone who takes time to read reviews. Terry

My customer service experience with PS was great - gets a 5 star rating, I like the security measures offered and the discounts offered as well, especially how much they try to work with you to find the best deal. I regret not checking the storage unit before signing up with it. The 5x5 storage unit is not quite 5x5. I measured it and it turns out to be less. Sure they allow you a free cancellation within a month so I had flexibility to try it out first.
