Everything done on the app. So awesome. I realized I needed an additional unit in the middle of my move. I went in the app and in less than 5 minutes I had the extra space I needed. Love the convenience of entry with the app. No need to stop and punch in a gate code. Just one click on the app and in and out you go. Nice and clean. Great move in specials. Highly recommend

Excellent staff service. Units are clean. For Interior units a flat bed handcart is available. Easy access. Grounds are clean and free of debris. I feel our materials will be safe there.

Excellent customer service by Camille. I didn't have any issues or problems. The only thing that I didn't like is that you guys should tell people up front that insurance is a requirement for storage rental. Otherwise great and I would definitely recommend.

I love the location. For the most part, I have no issues with the unit itself. What I don't like is the constant increase in rates. I ended up moving to a smaller unit because I just felt the rate was too high and unaffordable. I would really like to end my usage but I'm not able to do that right now. It is frustrating when there is no one in the office to help with the gate or any thing else that may require their assistance. I don't visit my unit often but the majority of the times that I did, no one was available and I had to wait. I needed help with the gate not opening. Most recently, I needed someone to assist in changing units. Also the wrong name is on my paperwork.
