The web site said you had carts. But this location doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t. Was not happy to have to carry my boxes a long distance to my unite. The hall way is very dark. I had an issue with the person who called me not being at the facility for our appt.

Ended up renting a larger space due the exceptional value. Clean grounds. It's a plus that everything can be done/accessed through the app, even the gate. I would have given 5 stars, but there were no hand carts available. Be sure to bring a dolly or cart to assist with moving in/out

I've used this location several times over the years. Great location, prices, cleanliness, and the staff is wonderful. I've recommended this location to others, too.

Storage unit was clean and easily accessible

Staff was friendly and got me set up quickly.

I needed to temporarily store my business equipment while waiting to move to my new location. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the storage unit was very clean and conveniently located. The Customer service was excellent and the staff alleviated my concerns about having access to my belongings.

The staff was wonderful don't remember staff members name but she was awesome she had small therapy dog she was excellent.I never do reviews but I had to do this one she waited after hours and that was very appreciated .. Will recommend this company..

The lock was overpriced. The building was freezing! The storage was very small for the cost per month. The staff was nice. Phone support was great!

Great facility! I got a great rate on a 10'X15' unit for storing my 2 ATVs by watching the list of units they had available online. It was the best price in town by far and I everything seemed very secure. My only complaint is that it's kind've rediculous that if you're inside the storage facility compound after they close (9 pm), you're locked INSIDE! This happened to me because I tried to leave a few minutes after 9 and my key code would not work from inside the unit. I would have been locked inside over night had I not called the number on the public storage website and got them to give me temporary extended access. However, this must have messed up my code when the extended access expired, because my code would no longer work when I returned a few days later. The office staff gave me a new code and all was well again. Still a great experience, as it was secure and a good value.

I like this facility. It has a very private feel because it's of where it's located. Which is something that I really like. It's clean and the staff is great. There's also a manager who lives on site so I feel my belongings are in great hands.

Nothing makes moving easier than helpful, knowlegeable, and personable staff!! Kelli was super nice and helped us find the right unit at an affordable price. I would definitely recommend her to all who are looking for storage space.

I dont understand why they don't give ALL unit the $1 first month, they DON'T and why do I have to buy one of their $20 locks? That's an unnecessary gouge!

Moving is not the most fun thing to do especially when it consists of storage. Therefore, I would like to thank the staff at the Allen Park storage for being friendly and knowledgeable which made this experience delightful. Thank You

I've rented storage rooms twice from Public Storage and each time it was a wonderful experience. They were way cheaper than U-Haul and more convenient in terms of the times you could go to your storage. I managed to fit three rooms in a storage that seemed to not be able to store that much. I'm very happy with my experience and would rent from there always.
