Indoors could use more signage to point newcomers to the units. Customer service shoukd be clearer about office closing time vs gate closing time. Otherwise a fine storage unit

Great value! The faculty is very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Only suggestion is that a cart should be a audit use by each door and not only during office hours.

Lisa is great. She was a big help to me. She walked me through and showed me how to use the lock. The place is clean. What I might recommend is another cart in case the one is in use. No problem and no issues.

The representative at the Dearborn Public Storage facility was excellent to work with! Very kind, helpful and accommodating when we needed to add a 2nd unit. The facility is also very clean!!

Lisa - property manager - was great. Very personable, concerned, eager to help and very professional and courteous. Sabeth (?) -- customer service representative at your customer call center was also very helpful, courteous, patient and professional. What prevented me from rating 5 stars is your online support system ... which evidently is STILL not working because I can't log into my account, which Lisa swears is completed and set-up, but Sabeth can not seem to find ... nor can I log into it. Evidently there is an account but no one has access to it. My e-mail address keeps triggering an error message that it is "unacceptable." Supposedly an "IT Ticket" has been triggered to investigate this glitch, and I am supposed to receive an e-mail that says everything is "fixed." But to this date, I have heard nothing. Lisa mentioned that she had received a couple other complaints from customers about this same issue.

Public storage is amazing. They were the only place that would allow me 24 hour access. Also when I was coming to reserve my spot I went to another location and the young lady working stayed after close to get me squared away.

Manager was knowledgeable and quick.

I recently moved from another state which was stressful. When I finally arrived, both of the ladies greeted me and were so friendly. Stefani was ready to assist me with my unit. We went through the necessary paperwork. She made the process go so smooth, which is what I needed. She picked the perfect unit and it fit everything in it perfectly. She even called to check on my move today, which made me feel so good. I usually don't complete reviews but these young ladies deserve it. Keep up the great customer service.

We needed a small space to store some extra inventory for our small business. Our most important consideration was a clean, well-maintained facility. This Public Storage fits the bill on both counts. The manager Kristine is friendly and helpful. The building itself is very clean and convenient to access. Highly recommended!

I am fully satisfied with services provided by Public Storage. From my initial phone call with Kristie to the completion of my move in, I am very pleased. I would recommend speaking with Kristie at the Trowbridge facility in Dearborn for any storage needs.

Except for an occasional (twice) wait when I came to pay my bill,(once for such a long time I left, and did not pay on time as a result). Also I was not notified of an increase in my rent.
