Definitely cleaner than some places. the ceiling has a thick grey foam type of thing going on that doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t look safe. It would be better with 24 hr access to the gate for people with units. And they should tell people to immediately put a lock on your unit or they kick you out the system.

I was told my first payment is do in February by bob or the guy that works the front desk and I'm being charged now

My storage door is broken. I moved half of my stuff in and now I have a fully loaded uhaul waiting for the door to get fixed for two days now. Im paying for the uhaul on extensions. $60.00 each day as I sit here with a full truck and a landlord waiting on me to move out of her property.

Office personnel was nice and pleasant and very informative.

We met Bonnie the onsite manager, and she went explained all the options for the storage bays, and showed us eaxh one we might be interested in. we decided on the 10x10 unit. She then went through all the paperwork explaining every option and letting us decide what we wanted. Bonnie is an excellent manager amd sales person, and we are pleased to have met and do business with her.

Every time I come here and the girl with the curly green hair isn't here I have a negative experience. She is about the only reason I'm Giving three stars. She always answers the phone and she is always in the office. Even when she isn't in the office I see her on the property and if I tell her I need help she helps with that pretty smile on her face. The OTHER girl y'all got working there is something else. I'm not going to speak badly of her but all I'm going to say is y'all need to find someone with better customer service. One day I came in and she was in her car, told me I had to come back in 45 minutes because she was on lunch. The other girl, Joslyn I think her name is, has put her lunch to the side to help me before. So now every time I come if joslyn isn't there I don't even bother coming to the office. Just look for the silver car everyone! If it's there then you'll be met with a kind curly head lady! If not run car away!

Demond and Sierra were extremely helpful in instructing me on the best possible storage unit. Great customer service with a friendly-feel that was comforting.

Sierra And Demond were very helpful, I felt like I was asking a lot of questions but they answered everyone of them with no problem. It's rare to find good costumer service especially in hot weather.
