It was dirty, no lock in my unit like they said it would be, no carts to put your items on to take to the 2nd floor and they didn't send me my access code to get in, which made it seem like I was late when I was there two hours before closing, it was all bad😕🥴

Received good customer service from property manager Shaun @ 28950 Greenfield Rd. she was patient, and explained rates and available units and was able to answer all my questions.

I would have rated it higher except for a few items: 1. employees assume you want to buy a lock; 2. the access panel is not accessible from the car; 3. my unit has an old rusted locking mechanism that is difficult to slide open and the door sometimes does not roll easily. Employees are friendly and prices are reasonable.
