Public Storage - Southfield - 19350 W 8 Mile Rd

Move in day difficult location office was closed even though it said online it was open. Had to run to another location only to talk to a kiosk. Lady on kiosk was wonderful but wasnt able to assist even though she tried really hard to. Was finally able to get one about and 1.5 later. Had to rush to unload because I had a truck rental that closed at 5pm. The unit was not swept and was pretty dirty but was in a rush had no time to sweep out unit. Please seep out unit before renting to next personal. Possibly hose it down some.

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s good for now would recommend could work on prices though.

I did not feel secure with the plywooded up for as an office door like some broke in. As well as the computer system was cooperating so the manager had to reset the ipad multiply times. Other than that manager and associates services were extraordinary.

The property manager went above and beyond to give me the storage unit I needed

I didnt like the fact i was told one price and it was another ,i also can say my service once i got there she was wonderful except when that other price came up which wasnt her fault ,
