While visiting public storage location at 24200 Telegraph rd on July 8,2020, I was pleasantly awarded with keen focus help from manager Tamika. She answiall my questions about renting a storage unit. Then after I areedto rent a units he showed me how to access the unit. Her explanations led Mr to feel welcomed and comfortable as a new renter.

This location is superb. The manager Megan is always very sweet. I'm enjoying my stay here so far. I feel safe. I think this is the most important feature.

As far as I know it is good. Megan was pleasant and informative. I expect my things to be safe and secure despite the fact the gate is not working-which is appalling.
