Good Price. Speedy service. I was in and out. REQUIRED insurance. You have to purchase insurance and you have a one time administrative fee.

I must admit at first I was concerned when forced to buy a lock from the lady but it was very simple to get a unit and when I upgraded to a bigger unit "Trina" made it so simple and explained that the other lady was no longer employed! I'm very happy with my service and will probably upgrade again and definitely recommend Public Storage to everyone.

I needed a storage unit and came into public storage on Pelham and Wick. The associate Trina was very pleasant and informed me on the prices and sizes of each unit. I loved how she even took you to the unit before leaving so I could see the location. It was fast, and friendly which put my mind at ease with moving all my stuff. Great rates, Friendly service and fast processing, I will be recommending.

Not only did Public storage give me a very affordable price...they beat Uhauls price at almost half of what they were asking...even tho i had to purchase the lock and insurance. My move was very unexpected...and to know that i was taken care of in a timely fashion with the utmost customer service....id recommnd this company to EVERYONE. In particular....Trina from 08094 was very nice and answered all of my questions....not to mention...her personality is very suited for the service provided. Even tho theynwere short staffed for the day....she and the other agent took care of everyone well. I feel at ease that my personal things are safe because im not in the position to lose ANYTHING ELSE. Thanks Trina and PUBLIC STORAGE..

NEEDED A PLACE TO STORE MY THINGS WHILE I HAD TO MOVE. I HAD THE FIRST MONTH PROMOTION SPECIAL AND IT WAS HASSLE FREE AND THE HELP I RECEIVED WAS PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. WOULD DEFINITELY RENT THERE AGAIN.
