The young woman who helped us check in and locate our unit was great! She was professional, friendly and provided overall great customer service.

The two girls were very polite very helpful and knowledgable would recommend you to my friends

Great place, location is convenient

This is a great storage facility perfect for all of our stuff in need of a climate controlled environment and it is very easy to get to and in and out of and the staff is friendly and happy to be helpful.

No problems getting in, even on a Sunday afternoon with a vehicle we just purchased.

The area needs to be cleaned up in the back if you're going to do automobile RV BOAT STORAGE a little bit more organized get rid of vehicles that are just scrap fix the road more gravel pretty muddy the person who runs it is very helpful

Problem is I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know what to expect. Auto storage uncovered/outdoors I expected at least a DRY SOLID pavement. This was equivalent to a junk yard I guess you get what you pay for. The road back was my first warning

Overall I am very pleased, the only concern I have is that I Signed the papers and paid for the unit on the 10th of July 2020 and cleaned up the site on July 11th 2020!than 6 days later on July 16th 2020 the manager called and asked if I vacated the site because my trailer wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t there yet. Just seems odd they would assume that after 6 days and mid month. If it was the end of the month it may make sense.

The manager was super helpful. She made sure I left knowing everything I needed to know and had no questions or concerns.

The rates were very competitive for the size of storage unit we needed. Kristine, the property manager was very efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. She has excellent customer service skills. We feel very confident in our choice of this storage location.

She asked me what I was going to store and advised me of the things I needed to make sure my furniture was protected. I was just looking for a place to store stuff from my garage if I decide to rebuild it, not sure if I'll do it yet. Kathie was very helpful in explaining how the leasing process would go if and when I decide, for being new to the company she was very knowledgeable, she said it was all because of Kristine. So thank you, Kristine for being such a good trainer! She also showed me the property which is well maintained by everyone there and is well secured by locked gates. Good job Kathie and Kristine, I might be seeing you in the near future! I would recommend this place to anyone based on the service I received!

I was very pleased to get a great deal & Kristine provided the best, friendly customer service i have received anywhere in a long time! Kristine thoroughly explained everything to me, answered all my questions & was just all around pleasant to talk to. I was going to get a unit at a different location closer to me but this location had WAY better deals so i opted to drive a little further & i am glad i did. Keep up the good work! Kristene was very nice, patient, informative, and helpful during this crazy relocation for my family. Kathy/Cathy (I think) called me for WELCOME WEDNESDAY which scared me b/c I thought something was wrong. She was very nice.

Called and booked a unit on the same day. Very helpful and affordable. Offered great rates. Kathie gave us a tour of our unit and the facility. Helped with a lot of questions. Allowed my co-renter and I to expedite the process by letting us know what information we needed ahead of time. Looking forward to booking with their company annually.

The staff (Kristine) was very friendly and answered all my question. While I was looking through my contract, she helped another customer with their unique packing concerns. She offered some really good ideas on safe and secure packing that impressed us both.

So far, my experience with Public Storage has been good. I have a 5'x5' storage unit & pay a total of $54.00/mo. That includes a mandatory insurance coverage of $11.00/mo for a $30,000 policy. You may always get more coverage, if you wish. I called around before deciding to do business with Public Storage. I feel confident that my items are stored safely & securely. I am notified promptly if my storage unit is unlocked or opened. This location is not far from my apartment, which is convenient. The staff have always been friendly & professional. The computers were down one day & the only employee/manager had to do my contract by hand, while helping 3 other customers. She still kept her composure & professionalism. I would recommend taking the crap that you should probably donate, but won't, to Public Storage. Who knows? You might just end up using that Suzanne Somers ThighMaster & fitting back into those size 4 jeans!

I had to move in storage rather quickly. I made my reservation online the night before. The next morning I went in, and with ease I was moving in. Melissa met me with great customer service. She was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. She even recommend supplies that they sold right there for an easy move.

Public storage is a clean easy to access storage facility. I feel comfortable storing my things here. If a storage facility is needed look no further than public storage.
