The office manager "Q" was very pleasant and thorough explaining the operations of the facility. I apologize for not spelling out her name, unfortunately I don't remember it, I had alot going on that day of signing in. I only remember her nickname. However, thus far the process has gone smoothly with the few things I've moved in so far.
