Yes the main call center definitely helped me get my storage needs met I called about 10 times to confirm all details and find the perfect spot for me they did an outstanding great job ! Rob is the man I met first he helped me figure out all information needed to finish getting on board he was patient even moved me spot for better parking. He answered the phone when I had questions on and off the lot and was above to beyond friendly while talkative !

Dangle that special before your eyes, then charge you the regular rate after the time frame. Come up with a price increase the following month. Then if you're late with the payment there's a late fee $20 extra but make sure its paid w/in 31 days gives you to the next month to catch up. If you don't do it on that 31st day bingo $100 extra to get your stuff out of hawk. So they hold your stuff hostage for extra $100 on top of your late fees and regular rental amount that you weren't able to pay the first time. Find someplace else to go.. ll

The customer service was great, the only problem was that the "parking space" I was assigned to store/park my car had old tarp and cinder blocks in it, that I had to move before I could put my car in the spot. Overall, the parking area needs to be cleaned up and made to look more presentable.

I went to the store and was greeted by a friendly man behind the counter. He was very knowledgeable and helped me with all my questions. He was even able to recommend a size storage for me that would work with my belongings. The price was great too! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking

The employees in the office were very nice and helpful. Access to our spot was very easy to get our trailer in and out. The rental price for a outdoor parking spot per month is a little more than I wanted to pay but was still better than other places. The site is well maintained ,well lighted, and gated and you have to have a code to get in which makes me confident that my trailer will be safe here.

I found my storage unit online and deserved it for the day I needed it. There was a power outage the day I was set to move in so I had to come back the next day. Following day I came back the lady at the desk allowed me to see units that were bigger to determine if I was satisfied with the 10x10. I was so she set me right up and I signed all the paperwork and was ready to move my stuff in. Quick and easy.
