Everything was easy to set up online and on the phone so my friend could drop off some of my things for a few months until I fly to Michigan to pick them up. I live on the West coast and was worried about paperwork and payment. But their contract paperwork can be filled out online and the payment can be automated as well. The manager explained everything really clearly so that I could give good instructions of how to access the unit. Easy, breezy, peasy!
