I rented 2 storage units. She made sure to get the units as close to each other as possible. I was very grateful for that. The units were clean and fit my needs perfectly. He went above and beyond his job duties. I told Kevin he deserver a raise with the great customer service he provided to me and other customer that came through the door. He kept the same smile and energy the whole time I was there. I wish more people had his energy and great attitude.

In person and online customer service are both wonderful. Safe and secure and the units are dry with no visible signs of previous water damage

I believe ourcustimer service person's name was Aaron at the facility. He was very helpful. The move in process went smoothly. The only thing I have not received yet is the promised $20 amazon giftcard I'm to receive via the AAA move in special. Also, be prepared to pay a $16 admin fee and $13 for a lock for your storage unit.

I had the best experience at this facility from filling out my paperwork to moving in. This staff goes above and beyond and Mini Self Storage should be honored to him them. I feel safe and confident with storing my belongings here until my renovations are completed.

I had a very positive experience registering for a storage space. The couple running the facility were very friendly and informative. The pricing was what I was looking for. The storage unit and grounds were neat and clean. I give my service two thumbs up.

Yes I would use this again. I saved money and it was quick and convenient.

When I reserved my unit, Sparefoot assured me I would have use of a free moving truck. Didn't happen. But MiniU was able to get me a "deal" (not really) on a Ryder truck. The 8x10 unit is actually 7x9. Why not just call it a 7x9? You are quoted a price, but when the first invoice arrives you'll discover an additional $9 insurance fee and $2 paperless billing fee that wasn't mentioned. Why not just add $11 to the price you quoted? The facility is nice. The managers are nice. But whatever happened to just being honest?

I appreciated the free truck rental. I did feel rushed though. I didn't fill outthe paperwork until later in the afternoon and I had to have everything moved in by 9pm when they closed.

I used Sparefoot.com and immediately called the mini storage front desk to verify this website. She had told me that once I put my reservation in and then come fill out all the documents & receive my storage unit I can go back to Sparefoot.com and redeem the offer. The customer that was in front of me got the exact same size storage unit. But he had paid $79.99 for the first month plus the $20 one time fee from the mini u storage place. That customer did not use an online source like spear foot.com or he would of only paid the one time fee of $20 like I did and got the first months rent free with a $20 Amazon gift card for being a triple a membership cardholder. This website is 100% legit in my opinion I used it for the first time when I google for storage units and saved $80 unlike the customer before me paid for in full

No complaints. Staff go out of their way to take care of you, great location and pricing.

No surprises... Everything came out as promised in the Internet deal I saw. Only small issue was clerk talked too fast and it was difficult to understand what she was telling me. Then again, she was pleasant and kind. Just needs to slow down her speech.

I appreciated the way that they treated me when we when in to pay for the unit. They were very helpful in explaining all of the rules and even walked me out to the unit before I did the paperwork and paid for it just to make sure i was satisfied with it.

Mini U Storage is a good storage place. The process of obtaining a unit was quick and easy and if you sign up on Sparefoot you can save big! The management is very nice and friendly. They also give you a free moving truck! My only dislike is that all units are outside, there are no inside units. I have experienced spiders and creepy crawlers in my unit because the unit is outside. But, other than that, it's still a great place, very secure and clean units.

I was able to reserve my unit online and on my lunch break drove to the place to sign some paper work and in 10 miin i had my storage unit. Later that night i drove back with my stuff typed in my gate code and fill up my unit. Very quick and easy.

Very pleased, so happy I went with Mini-U storage. I went off the reviews I had read when trying to find a place and they lived up to them. Very understanding and empathetic staff.

There is a lack of communitcation between office assistants. I reserved the van and a storage unit for a very specific price and the office assistant upon arrival had no idea I reserved and had been quoted anything. Paperwork was fine and returning the truck was a smooth transition.

I called SpareFoot to book my reservation instead of booking online. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable. With in minutes of ending my phone call with SpareFoot I received a call from the manager at "Mini U Storage." The manager wanted to make sure that I had all of the info I needed and to answer any questions. The customer service has been great thus far. The facility seems pretty secure and the unit was reasonably clean. The facility appears to be in good condition too. Over all, I would recommend this facility and SpareFoot to a friend.

It was easy to book (online and a phone call). Taking possession of the unit was also a breeze. Website gives a very good idea of the unit sizes. Terms and conditions are also not as scary as I thought they might be! Just moved in, so far so good.

I reserved the unit on-line. When we arrived to fill out the documents and get our key, the person who worked with us found the reservation information but quoted us a completely different price. We were also then informed of the one-time fee (nothing on line about this) and also other costs that were a surprise. We like the unit and the location, the security etc., but the on-line order to the reality of the cost was way out of line. Seems to be a big disconnect in the advertising and what the office staff knows. This is not professional. As a result it took over 1 hour to get everything completed. We did finally get the price we were reserved at (I had the documents to prove the on-line price), but that part was not a great experience.

I had a great experience with mini-u storage. I arrived when the employee was on lunch break, so I advise to call before you head over there. Other than that I am happy storing my things at mini-u storage.

I was in a pinch on the Weekend of Memorial day. Every place I called was closed....except the Grand River location in Novi. They had GREAT prices, Friendly and Helpful staff, and easy move-in! I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND this location for your storage needs!
