Smaller than I needed but we made it work! Rude customers though!

Did everything online and had a easy move in

I called the number and they searched for this facility and put me in the system. I got there and registering was easy and prompt. Be aware that some of the units are not exact size they are estimate. I didn't realize it that we loss some space in our unit due to pipes running thru it, so we will need to rent another 10x10 because we needed the additional space for a large couch.

Great space. Very clean! Great customer service

We did everything online. Had our moving in day. Which was great. Except for I went down to the office three different times to speak with somebody about a couple things I needed, and to see if you guys needed anything else from me. And no one was there even though the note on the door said they were on the property, and would be right back. We waited for over an hour! No one ever came back to the office to help us, or the other man that was waiting with us. Otherwise the property was OK.

Simple on-line rental and access to storage. Meeting my needs.

Extremely professional and frienedly

The people running the facility were very kind and patient with me as I needed an extra day to get my act together. The woman I spoke with told me no problem and fixed it for me. I appreciated it very much.

Everything was great! Space was available readily. Everything clean and easy directions.

This facility is very clean and well-maintained. The gal working at the counter was very friendly and informative, and my check-in process was seamless. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars simply because I wish the unloading area was larger. We had a 26' U-Haul to unload and although it appears there are 2 lanes inside the loading area, there is no way our U-Haul could fit within one lane. When other patrons arrived with their vehicles, they were unable to enter the garage and had to walk a distance with their items from outside to get into the building. I felt terrible about this! Thank goodness we were unloading on a Friday and not on a busier Saturday.

LaTisha showed amazing customer service from the pleasant greeting into the door. She listened to my concern, was very calm, helpful and she listened. She also did not hesitate to ask for help when needed.she was very patient and polite. It's so hard to find great customer service, but in this case, she was exceptional in making my move in day a great experience. Thank you LaTisha

We moved into this until without any issues. Staff were warm and helpful. The space is brand new and very clean. I loved that they had a covered unloading dock that your car or moving truck could fit into. So far great experience
