Everything went well except I was told that the 1st months rent was free and all I would have to pay upon arrival would be a $25 first time administration fee and a $12 insurance fee. But they charged me the whole $11 1 which included the rental unit fee. I had to call myself to get a credit on next month's bill. Also everything is automated there is no office whatsoever.
