I brought a car, truck, and trailer load Wednesday evening and found my unit (K907) but it had a lock on it. I called the number on my agreement and explained to a very kind girl my situation. She asked what kind of lock was on the unit and when I told her she said, It's not one of ours so evidently someone else moved in. She then assigned me a different unit so I moved my things into that one. (D216) She was very helpful. What wasn't so helpful was trying to unload in the dark. There is no indoor or outdoor lighting anywhere in or on the building. Also I rented the unit for $89 and 3 days later it was listed at $94. (????) The prices in SE Michigan are outrageous! In SW MI I'm moving out of 2 units I've had for years.....A 10x10 and a 10x30 for $130/month.

Overall itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s been great so far. Then rental process was fast and easy and I got a discount so that was nice!

I needed to inspect a particular unit before booking. Eventually they allowed me to do that. It should be a standard procedure.

The only issue I had was with the website taking my payment and not giving me my unit information, but a quick phone call resolved the issue

I had an easy check in process, everything is done online and through kiosk. Very cool

It was super easy and quick for online reservation and the day of moving in was even easier.

Clean and very affordable worth it

My access code still doesn't work so I can't get into unit. I have not been able to access my unit unless other tenants assist.

I got a 5'x10' unit for $59.00 per month and I think it's a good deal. The location is secure with gates and door locks. It's an easy process and they have locks available in a vending machine at the office but they are $15 so just bring your own.

Good fast response to questions-quick return phone call if needed-easy to find

I've had no issues whatsoever with this facility since move in (2 months ago). I had trouble finding the unit and spoke with a kind representative that helped me through the whole process. The pricing is reasonable and fits a lot. It was initially difficult to pay through the portal but they send a link to make it easy and pain free.

It was between our home for sale and the new home that were building. Easy access in and out.

Excellent space very acomading

The door in bldg c is rusted and sticks. sometimes very hard to open. cannot rate customer service but your survey requires an entry so the 1 star is for this survey.

I've used sparebox for awhile and it would be ok if it weren't for the fact that almost 4 months in a row they increased the price without warning and basically just said suck it up or leave when I asked why. There's also next to no way to get an actual person on the phone and despite having automatic payments on, they wouldn't charge me and I would have to go manually pay it and sometimes pay late fees that wouldnt have been necessary if they had actually set me up with automatic payments. Besides these it was a clean facility for the most part. I would give it a solid 4 out of 10.

I park my trailer in your un-maintained parking lot. You provide no other service. For that, I have been subjected to two price increases in one year totaling 24%. You canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t attribute that to inflationﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ

The site is very clean with paved grounds. The price is slightly high but not terrible.

Perfect solution for my storage needs

Couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t leave the place because the gate sensors were not working and tried calling but no answer. Lucky someone was coming in so I got to leave.

Like the fact that all units are on the same level, which made for easy access. Unit was immaculate and interior hallways, too. However, The water fountains needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, it looks like someone used them to clean construction or paint products. Bathroom is in need of a deep cleaning.

I had to call customer service because I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know how to find my reservation. The customer service person was so helpful.

Storage unit is clean and in good working condition.

Overall, my expectations were met.

Good locatoin and quick paperwork. I booked an appointment for visit with the manager but the appoinment was not honored and no-one was present on the property. I finished the paperwork in the kiosk and rented a unit. The unit is good for my usage but there was some damage to the ceiling, which is not so good to look at

I like SpareBox. The facility is clean, safe, and easily accessible! Friendly reps.
