Just moved in everything is great. Only thing is just I wish I would of knew I needed 2 locks I only brought one.

The 10X20 unit worked perfectly form our needs. Move in was very easy and will be back next fall for sure. Jennifer handled everything.

I worked with Jennifer and she was great at getting it all set up for me to get my storage number and gate code. It maybe took 15 min for her to do so. I will forever be a customer of theirs.

We store our motorhome for appx 5 months each year and travel in the south the other 5 . Your facility is only 3/4 of a mile from our condo so with real high fuel prices this was a very logistical move. Thank You

I can't say enough about Kenn at this facility. He went out of his way to assist with our storage needs and even offered us bottled water while we were unloading. It is rare to find such great attention to the customer these days and I am very impressed with Citizen Storage of Fenton.

This is my first time renting a storage unit. There are two locations in Fenton. One looks much newer but did not have climate controlled units. The unit I have rented is clean though moving in was hazardous due to the floor changing levels several times. The storage grounds themselves are kind of junky. An ancient pontoon party boat, a trailer full of rusty shelves, a rusty old truck and a mustang that looks like it doesn't run all litter the storage grounds. OK for now.

Easy In out . Very nice staff. Close to home base.
