Dirt in front of unit is higher than floor level, water could seep in. Should be an easy fix. Remove dirt to below the cement slab floor level. Was damp and not very clean. Price was ok. Manager was good and knowledgeable.

My unit was wet in the inside and it was so muddy at the opening of the unit. It makes you think you have to have insurance because you items are bound to get damaged by the rain or weather.
