The facility was clean & easy to navigate. The only down side is the hours your allowed to access your items. 6am-9pm gated, should be 24/7.

First time ever in renting a storage unit. We were shown several units after answering questions as to what we were storing, furniture, boxes, etc. Then we filled out the storage agreement and was given the security code for entering and leaving the premises and hours of operation. Also they had for sale packing paper, tape, dispensers, boxes, etc. Very knowledgeable about everything you need and answers for all of our questions.

When I visited Public Storage I was greeted with a friendly smile and positive demeanor. The experience was pleasant and hassle free. Mary, the site manager was very helpful, gave me all the options of what I was looking for and showed me the site so I would know ahead of time where the unit would be. Would highly recommend this site.
