I haven't got a storage unit in years, so being able to sign up for 1 without having to step foot on the property was very convenient. It took about 15 minutes for me to have everything done over the phone, emailed the paperwork and I was done. And Jason was nice enough to accommodate me as well! And I appreciate that!
