Manager was supposed to reach out on Monday and did not. I called and they said someone would be in touch and today is Wednesday and I have not heard back. The promo for the unit was 50% first two months, it was for the 10x20 unit. I reserved the Thursday before 4/14 moved in on 4/18. I called on 4/17 to confirm and the lady said it was adjusted and not be the $114 to start, when I was sitting in the parking lot. liked move in now on email and was charged the $114

I reserved a 10x20 when it was 50% first two months. I called the night before to confirm because I email I received to "move in today" said $114. The lady over the phone I spoke to said it would update and not be a problem. The following day I moved in and was charged the $114. Spoke to another rep and they said they didn't see what I was talking about. Said they escalated and a superior would be in touch. I have been told a few different things and still No resolution!

Advertized $99 unit price went up AGAIN! Now $180 after me paying on time for several years. Also had to remove snow and ice all winter to get to my unit. Complained, but no response. I'M OUT!

Initially I was unable to check in as although I had a confirmation number the kiosk had informed me my unit was already rented to someone else!! The first agent I spoke to was clueless and I could barely understand her English. When she transferred me the gentleman was very helpful, apologetic, and was able to pull my reservation and get me checked in right away.

This facility is very clean. Has easy access. If you have any questions or problems customer service is a great help.

Great prices Very clean. I had an issue with signing up (completely my fault) I sent a message and the issue was fixed same day.

Unfortunately, shortly after I got my storage unit the price went up substantially. I'm paying more than I would like right now. We also often have issues with the electric gate not working. The last time I was there I got stuck inside but the police came right away to help get the gate opened manually. It was confusing on how to setup re-occurring payments but I was able to setup and convenient to pay for it.

Everything was easily done, I am a little confused on the billing and when the bill comes, I may have missed it . Other than that I am happy with the service I am getting!
