Devon Self Storage - 9121 - Division

Our reservation on paper/email did not match what the agent on the phone booked. Thankfully Christina was able to get us into a unit similar to what we were expecting.

We chose this place because it was a cheaper deal $35 a month it's not $35 a month they say you have to have insurance that's $16 you have $25,000 cameras on the property so I don't know what the need for insurance is or to be made to pay it but we were very disappointed with the closet we got for $51 a month

Very good customer service lot is clean even seen some deer while unloading very nice place

The manager, Dominic I think, was super helpful and informative. He was super friendly and made sure I didnt have any issues with my unit. The only negative is the access hours 6am-10pm(not a 24hr facility).

So far so good, just moved in last weekend

It went really well. Trevor was the manager on site and went above and beyond his duties to make sure my stay at Devon self storage would be a good one

Things seem well thus far. Not too busy and they seem to move about the property checking on things.

I've seen improvements sense the change over. I've been a tenant at this facility for 20 years. I do miss having the 24/7 access. With my work schedule it was more convenient for me.

It was a easy move in and just the right size

Good service and location but no lighting in unit and when its getting dark at 6pm lighting would help
