The value is outstanding. The location works well for us. The units are clean as is everywhere I have been in the facility. The staff is incredibly helpful. One staff member remembered my name even though I hadn't been there awhile. The other one I interacted with had called me the night before our move in and recognized me when I came to the office for initial paperwork. A couple of suggestions: Brighter lighting in the units themselves. A bathroom near the elevator. 24 hour access.
