The facility itself and Rob - the manager are great. The facility is clean and very well maintained. Rob was great at finding us the right unit for our needs and finding the best available price. He gave great instruction for everything we needed to know. The corporate help by phone was OK, but I did receive a little bit of incorrect information.

They raised my storage fee by double in the first 2 months. They accidentally locked my unit on a weekend. There is no signage for the stairs and when the elevator quit working, they were hard to find. The management team is horrible and do not care and they lie. The more a customer states their issues, the higher your bill goes.

After calling and emailing several places in the same area getting a little bit of a runaround telling me they have one price and then another price .. this wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t right. This place honored the online pricing that I found . It also had other good offers on site. Chris was helpful place was clean. Everything worked out so well. Highly recommend.

Great facility. Clean and professional. Definitely would recommend. Only downside is that it closes access at 10pm but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s really not a big deal for me. I really enjoyed talking to the manager, Chris. She was delightful.
