Communication with mgmt was great and facility is excellent. Move in was relatively smooth. The only negative is the broken roll up door on the east side of the building. Youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll required to back in and out of the unloading bay, so if you have a big rental truck, you better know how to back in. Apparently the exit door has been broken for months and remains unusable.

At first wasn't able to access the bathroom after 5pm & they only have one that can be dirty half the time. Then 2 days before I'm to get on a train I wasn't able to use my code to get in nor could get a hold of anyone after 5pm. It made my miss my first train & almost miss my connection that I had to drive over an hour to get to. This was on top of still trying to get the refund for the insurance they said I would get when I showed that I had renters but they didn't put it in when they were supposed to. The district manager treated me like I was given special discounts for my first month's rent when they run those for every unit. The parent company Pagoda has basically told me it wasn't their fault for what happened & they weren't really looking to make things right for the whole situation they or their software glitch caused. So I'm looking for a different place and will not send anyone here now!

National Storage Is conveniently located on Alpine Ave with quick access to the highway. This new facility will keep your belongings secure with the indoor units.Only customers have access to the building. I know my belongings that I've had for many years will be safe and sound.

I love the facility because is inside and no worries for the rain or snow but I went to the restroom and all the time that I did, was with the same dust on the toilet and tha zink. Needs more care.
