I had booked my reservation online. I had a confirmation code. When I came in, the lady said none of that matters and she would need to start from scratch. Seems like poor training or bad systems. It resulted in a bunch of confusion, repeating my preferences and re-entering information. The worst part is that I rented and drive in, trailerable 10X30 and I went to park my trailer and I can’t back into it because a 20 foot T-mobile van is authorized to park across from me. This makes backing into the spot impossible and getting the trailer in by hand is also not possible without about 4 men pushing by hand. It seems solvable, but I haven’t been able to get back in touch with the facility. Hopefully they will adjust the van parking and it will be all good. Also* there is a 3 inch “step”; higher on others, between the drive and the units.
