very Helpful and clear in directions

I currently only have use of one leg because of surgery. I went to the office and asked if they could come out and have me fill out paperwork from my vehicle. They were more than happy to do that for me. Very friendly and patient. The facility is very very clean. I am glad I chose them. Thank you

This facility has been easy to work with from the beginning! We traveled from 2 hours away to put our belongings in this storage unit and they have been helpful and friendly from the start.

Staff was quick and helpful, and got me everything I needed to complete via email, due to quarantine measures. Roughly 5 or 6 taps on my phone and I was good to go

The out door parking is a little muddy. All else is great.

This place is the best I have seen. The manager is a great person and the rest of the staff also. The storage was clean, the security system efficient and easy to access. The price was unbelievable, the best.

Both employees I had help me, were very friendly and helpful. Best pricing on the web. And got me a lock and key for a great deal also.

Great customer service. She explained everything well and took us out to our site to show us. Prices are better than most places I checked. I just hope they don't go up like the last place which went up three times in only one year!

New facility in the process of finalizing the site. Storage area clean and ready for use. Friendly management that is helpful and showed good customer assistance. Only issue I have seen is the relation of the access gate to the building. It is too close to easily allow a truck to exit the area. An extra 5 to 10 feet would have been real helpful. It appears that could have been done.

Facility manager was awesome, he answered all my questions and was nice.

The man at the counter treated us with respect and acted professionally the entire time. The price he helped out with was better than anywhere around.
