The people at this storage unit are very nice and friendly and helpful. It also was a clean place. I would recommend it to anyone.

They were willing to help me decide on the right unit for what I needed. Pleasant experience. I have used other storage units in other cities and have had some difficult people to work with. Both gentlemen were friendly and helpful.

Was a very easy transaction and Devon contacted me right away after I put my order in on line.

The facility is quite large which is a plus in re security and availability of space as well as adequate staffing. Courtesy of showing me the storage unit prior to booking and being taken to it on a golf cart were very much appreciated.

Reserved a unit and was able to see it the same day. Quick and easy process. Updated since I lasted used the units under different management.

Should have negative stars extremely overpriced my 10 by 20 has more than doubled since Devon bought this facility do not waste your hard earned money here units not even sealed lots of spiders in units worst place to waste your money suprising they don't charge the leaves that blow under unsealed doors rent too

My son, niece, & their spouses moved the things in, and everything went quickly - no problems!

Several price hikes in a few months. We moved as it got too expensive. The storage site was the right size for us but way too expensive for folks on a fixed retirement income. Sorry but we had to leave you.

When Devon Self Storage took over for Lakewood Self Storage, I have to admit I was a little concerned. The biggest improvement that Devon Self Storage has made, and continues to make, is their Customer Service. Every time I went into Lakewood Self Storage, I seemed like a burden. It is a complete 180 at Devon Self Storage...they just seem to care more. Unfortunately, the reason they are getting a 4-Star Rating instead of 5-Star, comes down to one thing: Price. When they took over for Lakewood Self Storage, they assured me that they were not going to change any pricing. Normally when renting something like this, the business would give a loyal customer, such as myself, a price-break from time-to-time. This past month, Devon Self Storage has raised my rent up by $9. As a loyal customer, who pays every month on time, this just doesn't seem right. I have had this unit for over a year now, to which a few months of which are under the new owners' Devon Self Storage. As long as rates do not increase again, I will trust in their commitment to Customer Service, and stick with them. They are very convenient for me, and I do appreciate their business.

Kristen was knowledgeable and space was clean.

The lady that helped me...was an angel..I was having a difficult day and she went the extra mile to make sure things were good!

Ended up having such great service from jesi and Kristin renting a Penske we decided to get a storage facility with this location too! So so pleased!
