The wife and I were moving and needed a storage site quickly and the folks at Lake Macatawa were there when we needed them. We were at a different site and they raised their prices 3 times in 5 months. We had enough of that. Lake Mac folks are wonderful and so easy to work with. Thanks Much!!!

There is a difference between the level of the asphalt and the floor at the entrance to the building. Have to bump up over the gap with the cart. Bit of a hassle. The carts need to have the wheel wedged to keep them from rolling across the parking lot. Ha! Made me laugh. It wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t sit still til I wedged it. Other than these minor details, the facility and staff are great. The doors to the unit are really quiet compared to my experience at Public Storage. The A/C is at a comfortable level. Pricing is good.
